The Gardai that walk the beat in Irish towns and cities are famously unarmed. However, no gun, thazer or lethal instruments of force can come close to their ultimate weapon – the culchie droll.
Gardai have perfected the art of disarminng the general public for generations through a passive aggressive and rural monosyllabic line of questioning – “HAVE YOU DRINK TAKEN”. Every Irish person knows that this line of questioning can only be used by a Garda! I think it must be written into our constitution (somewhere). 😜😂
Perhaps our men and women of the force could export this method to the most crime riddled areas of the world and they’d probably be better for it. 💪🏻
