What Do I Get?

All prints are digitally printed to 230gsm archival matte paper. Each A3 print is wrapped in acid free tissue paper and put in a cardboard tube for extra protection. Each A4 Print is sealed in a cello bag and posted in a cardboard envelope.

Frames for the A3 & A4 prints are placed in bubblewrap and I use very durable boxes to protect them from damage.

Frame Sizes: 20″ x 16″ & “16 x 12”

Print Sizes: A4 (29.7cm x 21cm) | A3 (42cm x 29.7cm)

Do You Sell Frames?

Yes, there is an option for framing for all prints. You will find the option on each product page in a drop down selection.

All wooden frames are sourced in Ireland, use a toughened glass and come in selection of black or white.

Can I Send A Print As A Gift?

Yes. If you are gifting please fill out a note before our your purchase (option provided before checkout). We will ensure the gifted note is sent with the poster to the receiver. If you are buying multiple prints for gifting, please order separately otherwise all the prints will arrive in the same tube.

What Payment Methods are Accepted?

All major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and debit cards are accepted. You can also purchase with Apple pay. 

How Long Does It Take To Deliver?

As soon as your order is dispatched – you will receive a shipping confirmation email, after you receive this email, National deliveries (Ireland) are 1-3 working days, and International deliveries are 3-7 working days. These timeframes are approximate – please be aware postal services are extremely busy at present due to Covid -19 restrictions, seasonal heavy workloads and reduction of flight numbers due to the global pandemic. This may cause delays, so leave some extra time for delivery of your print, especially if it shipped internationally. 

Is Making Payments Through Us Secure?

Where Do You Ship To?

We ship to every country. Rates on international shipping vary based on our providers.

What Happens If My Print Is Missing?

If your print is missing or delayed please contact us on hello@rayhurley.ie and we will be happy to help. We can launch an enquiry with An Post for missing, damaged or delayed items. Any missing or delayed post almost always turns up when the investigation has begun. Please allow 10 working days from when this investigation is created for An Post to locate and resolve the problem. If the print has not been delivered by then i.e. 10 working days from when the investigation is created, we will offer a replacement or refund for the missing item. 


Each piece will be packaged up safely to protect your order. Large prints are wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and delivered rolled in a strong postage tube. Smaller prints and greeting cards are shipped in cardboard envelopes for extra protection. All frames are bubble wrapped and we use heavy duty boxes to protect from damage. 

Shipping within Ireland is sent by either An Post standard or An Post registered postal service. Overseas Shipping is sent by An Post registered postal service. If your country is not available on the drop down checkout menu, please contact us at hello@rayhurley.ie  to find out can we ship to you. 

Ray Hurley is not responsible for any additional levies / customs / import taxes incurred by you (the buyer).

Ray Hurley is not responsible for any lost post due to incorrect entry of shipping address by the customer. 

Regarding custom messages, Ray Hurley is not responsible for any typos or incorrect spellings made by the buyer i.e. message is written as supplied unless contacted prior to shipping at hello@rayhurley.ie.

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days from the date you received your order.

To cancel your order please contact us at hello@rayhurley.ieProviding your order has not been dispatched you will not be charged for any postage costs. If your order has already shipped, please see our Returns policy regarding shipping costs. Cancellations cannot be made on special orders, commissions or prints which has been specially altered at the buyer’s request.


Returns are gladly accepted returns within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, for products that were damaged during shipping. Please send us an email to hello@rayhurley.ie if you have received a damaged item. Prints must be returned in original condition and in the original, undamaged packaging not later than 14 days from the day of the decision to cancel.  We reserve the right to refuse any returns, that do not fulfil these criteria. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping back to us. Returns happen at your expense (shipping costs are to be paid by you). In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to recharge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you. In the event we do find fault, we offer a replacement or a refund of the print. The original shipping charge is not refundable.

We do not offer exchanges on the prints.
