One Track. Two Minds.
Dublin has one coastal rail line.
It runs north. It runs south.
It’s the same train, the same stops, the same delays.
But depending on who you’re talking to, it has two names.
On one side of the city, it’s the DART.
On the other, it’s the DORT.
Same track. Different ways of saying the same thing.
This print is a quiet nod to that tiny but telling difference — the kind of thing Dubliners notice instantly and never really talk about. It’s not about right or wrong. It’s not even about accents. It’s just one of those things that says more about the city than any map ever could.
How we can all be heading in the same direction, while saying it very differently along the way.
