During the pandemic My family and I moved from Cork to Dublin (NOT CORK). It made sense for my business (Opus Creative) to have a presence in Dublin as well as Cork. I am in Dublin nearly a year in July and as a nostalgic person and proud Cork man, I miss home.

It started with small things like buying my daughter an insane amount of Cork related jerseys, memorabilia and telling her about the Holy Trinity of Cork people – Michael Collins, Roy Keane and Sonia O’Sullivan. The fridge was stacked with Clonakilty food, the tea is always Barry’s and I’m looking into replacing the water system with pure Tanora 😜.

Recently, I was in Howth with my family and I was looking out at the sea. My daughter Nia tugged on my coat and asked me what I was looking at. With my attention on a far off floating object in the sea, I dramatically uttered the words, “CORK BUOY!”.

Sizes: A4 (210mm x 297mm) and A3 (297mm x 420mm). All prints are digitally printed to 189gsm Archival Matte paper with the option of single mount framing for both the A3 & A4 prints. All frames are handcrafted locally only using traditional hand tools with no machinery. The timber is sustainably sourced in Leinster. Frames are only available in Ireland.
