As I got left my teenage years and embraced the uncertainty of adulthood, I had one person who always enjoyed “the chats” – my Mom. There was always a cup of Barry’s tea involved and since she passed away in 2011 – I have carried on the tradition with my daughter Nia.

I love the ceremony of sitting down with Nia and talking. Like my mother, the conversations are always full of laughter, fun and encouragement. I hope Nia treasures these moments as she gets older and thinks of me not only as her Dad, but her Bes-Tea ❤️
