Irish people are generally uncomfortable receiving comments. We are a modest bunch and have an inability to respond to praise. In particular, Irish women have a tendency to play down compliments on their meticulously curated clothes. A kind observation on on one’s dress would be met with a resounding, “thanks hun, Penneys”. Usually this will be followed with, “I bought it twenty years ago in a sale for €5”. 😂

All frames are handcrafted locally only using traditional hand tools with no machinery. The timber is sustainably sourced in Ireland.
